Initial Consultation – Free
The Initial Consultation is free of charge and lasts for up to an hour. It provides an opportunity for me to find out what you would like help with and what you wish to work on and change. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the techniques I use and what the sessions would involve. It is important that our expectations ‘fit’ and that we both feel comfortable about building a therapeutic relationship going forward. I shall also give you a link to a complimentary MP3 relaxation recording to listen to before our first session.
Subsequent sessions – £50
Sessions will last for approximately 55 minutes to an hour. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs and preferences in order to bring about the changes you are seeking.
Payment
Payment is requested at the end of each session, by card, cash or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Please note that cancellations require a 24-hour notice period.
Confidentiality
I adhere to the National Council for Hypnotherapy code of conduct, which protects the client’s confidentiality and personal information. Exceptions may exist when a client is at serious risk of endangering themselves or others, when there is evidence of child abuse or when a serious criminal offence has been committed.
